National Archives' Silver Master microfilms.

A digital "TIFF" file copy of any census page can be ordered (on CD-ROM).
Our TIFF file copies are the same image that is reproduced as our
Heirloom Print. The only difference is the format, paper as opposed to
CD-ROM. TIFF is a "lossless" file storage system that preserves
the original image's quality and can be imported into most word
processors, desktop publishers, family genealogy programs and image
viewers.

Note: In order for us to print a census page copy or an Heirloom print,
you must provide us with the following information: the National Archives'
Series, Roll, County, Locality (Town), Page number, and who you are
